Welcome to Stiff Systems! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our inventory management platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Stiff Systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stiff Systems provides an inventory management platform that allows businesses to track inventory, generate reports, manage sales, and access business analytics. The Service includes:

• Real-time inventory tracking and management
• Sales analytics and reporting tools
• Digital receipt generation and sharing via WhatsApp
• Multi-device access (web and mobile-responsive)
• Customer management features
• Business performance insights

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Stiff Systems is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as indicated on our pricing page. We offer a 7-day free trial period, after which you will be charged the monthly subscription fee of Rs. 499 unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Payments are processed securely.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for months of service already consumed.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Stiff Systems, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with Pakistani law
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Provide accurate information and update it as necessary

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stiff Systems and are protected by Pakistani copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

8. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Pakistani data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Stiff Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
